Who we are
This website is operated by Atomic Advertising Limited, a company registered in Ireland (CRO 279207, VAT IE8279207C) at 15a Bishop Street, Dublin 8, D08 DK37. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. For any data protection question, write to admin@atomicadvertising.net.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us and what the site needs to function:
- Contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, topic and message.
- Email and phone: whatever you include when you write or call us.
- Server logs: your IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp, recorded by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or any form of profiling on this website.
Why we may use it, and on what basis
Enquiry details are used to answer your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to administer that engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or the performance of a contract once one exists (Article 6(1)(b)). Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies. The following is everything it stores on your device:

Because none of these are used for advertising or measurement, no consent is required for them under the ePrivacy Regulations. You can still clear them at any time in your browser settings.
Third parties
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share enquiry details with anyone except where we are legally required to. Two third parties are involved in running the site:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site files and server logs on our behalf within the EU.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google servers, and your IP address is visible to Google in that request. Google's privacy notice applies to that transfer.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to clients are kept for six years after the end of the engagement, as required by Irish tax and company law. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to admin@atomicadvertising.net and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the home page for a month.
